Karen manages LeadDog client services and account development. She provides marketing strategy and event execution recommendations and builds value through effective event marketing and promotions. Karen directs LeadDog’s account teams to ensure comprehensive and quality services for all of our clients.

Karen is a Mom to two adorable girls and works four days a week, while doing the work of two weeks in one. Karen’s enthusiasm and systematic and organized approach to client initiatives, combined with her expertise in knowing what will work, is why clients appreciate her approach and proven results.
Karen graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1988 with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Marketing.

  Oversaw the NBA’s premiere interactive fan event, All-Star Jam Session (since 1995), 
     managed all marketing, sponsorship and operations
  Created the event-marketing plan, including negotiating and placing ad buys, developing 
     promotional platforms and creating ads, commercials and collateral      materials 
  Developed the Sprite Playground at NBA Jam Session, a mobile version of the event, which 
     traveled to fairs across the country
  Responsible for creating opportunities to generate additional revenue for the league
  Account executive at Ski View U.S.A. in New York City, one of the nation’s largest 
     advertising/marketing firms, specializing in the ski industry (client list included GM,
     Warner-Lambert and Thomas J. Lipton) (1991 – 1993)
